There was a communication error in sending out the induction invitations for the new members; therefore, the meeting will have to be moved. The next GBP meeting will be on Thursday, December 20 at 7:30 p.m. in A.E. Phillips cafeteria. I am so sorry for this inconvenience. Please remember to bring your items for the inductions. The meetings are usually short, and I hope all of you will make an effort to stay after the meeting to welcome the new members. There will be plenty of food and drinks for everyone. The last meeting of the Fall Quarter is Tuesday, November 6th at 7:30 p.m.
Items to bring for the Continuum of Care Ministry:
Hygiene products (Shampoo, conditioner, soap, deodorant, lotion, body spray, paper towels, Kleenex, napkins, etc.) - 1 point/item, MAX 2 points
This is your last chance to get points for this quarter. Remember you need 6 points each quarter! Also, if you have not paid your $15 dues, do so at the next meeting. If you do not have 6 points at the end of the quarter or/and have not paid your dues, you will be placed on probation.
This year we will be giving out a "Most Points" Reward to one member each quarter. He/She will receive a gift card and be featured on the website.

Thank you for volunteering for the Fall Festival on Thursday, October 25th at 4:00 p.m. The event is at the Outdoor Wilderness Center. Here are the directions from their website:
From Ruston and East of Ruston:
Take I-20 exit 85 in Ruston and head north on Hwy 167 to Vienna, Louisiana. At the flashing yellow light in Vienna, turn left onto Hwy 146. Drive exactly 7 miles to the intersection of Hwy 563. Turn left onto Hwy 563 and drive 7/10th of a mile. The OWL Center will be on your left down a gravel road, OWL Lane.
It is important we are prompt because they will be serving us all dinner! I have class until 3:50; however, if you all would like to meet in Tolliver and ride together please arrange that.

Clean-up the Town is Sunday, October 14th at 2:00 P.M. We only had one person sign-up, and we could use more volunteers. This will earn you an easy SERVICE point. Meet in Tolliver for 2:00p.m. if you would like to participate.
