Our first AED meeting of the winter quarter is this Thursday. Michelle Jones, a first-year physical therapy student at the school in New Orleans, will be speaking and answering questions you have about physical therapy school. The meeting is Thursday, DECEMBER 11th at 6:00 pm in CTH 328. If you have the slightest interest in physical therapy, you should attend! You'll be given great insight ;)

We are having TWO AED meetings next Thursday, October 23rd.
1) The 1st meeting is at 2:00 pm in CTH 227. This will be a presentation by Mrs. Roberson from the Office of Multicultural Affairs at LSUHSC in Shreveport. She will discuss two summer programs held in Shreveport. One is a MCAT prep course and the other is a research opportunity for undergraduates.
2) The 2nd meeting is with Dr. Kennedy from the Office of Admissions at LSUHSC in Shreveport at 6:30 in CTH 328. Proper attire is HIGHLY recommended.
These two meetings will be especially informative for all you pre-meds!!!

Are you considering going to medical school? Next Thursday, October 9th, we are having an AED meeting where two 3rd year medical students from LSUHSC in Shreveport are going to tell you what a day in medical school is really like. If you're considering going to medical school, you should definately come to this meeting for better insight. One of the two students is a Tech graduate and is excited about coming back to Tech to speak to you about his experiences so far and answer any questions you may have about medical school. The meeting will be at 6:30 pm in CTH 328. See you there!

Hello Everyone
Welcome back to Tech! We are planning an exciting year of AED events, and we want you hear all about them at our first meeting this Thursday, September 25th at 6:30 pm in Carson Taylor room 328. Not only will you be informed about upcoming events, you will also have the opportunity to voice any ideas about speakers, events, community service projects, etc. YOU have in mind for AED. All suggestions are welcome. Free Pizza will be provided!!!!! We are also re-registering for membership so please bring $10.00 for annual dues. Hope to see you there!
