Our journey to Houston 2012 is well underway! We have made a lot of progress so far and are continuing to do so. The Shell Eco-marathon America Competition will be held in Houston, TX from March 29^th through April 1^st.

This year we will be bringing three vehicles with us to Houston. We will be bringing back the current American record holder, the Roadster, which last year achieved an outstanding 646.7mpg. We hope to improve on this number this year. We will also be bringing a new urban, HotRod, which will run off of diesel fuel. Lastly, we will be bringing a new prototype vehicle, the ThunderDawg.

We have a great team of about 30 people working on the cars this year, half being new members. It is so great to see the team growing with new members! We are so excited for the competition this year and hope to achieve some outstanding mileage at competition!
